Job Title: Scrum Master Telecom (OSS/BSS) for Middletown NJ , Atlanta GA|| F2F interview||
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Telecom domain knowledge, specifically in OSS/BSS systems, to lead and coach Agile teams delivering complex telecom solutions. The Scrum Master will ensure Agile best practices are followed, remove impediments, and act as a servant leader to enable high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure backlog readiness and clarity
- Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks
- Enable continuous improvement through metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint predictability
- Support Agile delivery of Telecom OSS/BSS platforms such as Order Management, Billing, Charging, Provisioning, Mediation, and Inventory
- Coordinate with multiple teams in Scaled Agile / SAFe environments if applicable
- Ensure alignment between business, IT, and vendor teams
- Promote DevOps and CI/CD practices where applicable
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- Strong experience in Telecom domain, specifically OSS/BSS systems
- Hands-on knowledge of OSS/BSS modules:
- BSS: Billing, Rating, Charging, CRM, Order Management
- OSS: Service Fulfillment, Provisioning, Network Inventory, Fault & Performance Management
