RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager III in Seattle, WA.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Technical Program Product Manager III will own programs with significant complexity with broad cross-organizational and/or deep architectural impact
* Drive large engineering efforts that solve significantly difficult problems
* Identify risks/opportunities in technical strategies, architecture(s), in engineering organization structure(s)
* Scope, plan, implement and deliver projects and programs, and collaborate with program managers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals
* Drive projects cross functionally, build partnerships with other organizations, and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met
* As a Technical Program Product Manager III, you will integrate information security into organizational development and processes
* Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms
* Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests
* Deliver findings, recommendations and remediation steps for all activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
* 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
* 3+ years of software development experience
* 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
* Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred:
* 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
* Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
* Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
