Location: MN-Minnetonka, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Support the development of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder

Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and development practices

Assist with the implementation and customization of Sales Cloud features such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and workflows

Support Health Cloud functionality including patient profiles, care plans, and provider data management

Collaborate on Marketing Cloud campaigns and data integrations to support email automation and audience segmentation

Work with senior developers to troubleshoot bugs, test new features, and document technical specifications

Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices

Contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies such as standups and retrospectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience

1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (0-1 years of experience via internships or entry-level development roles are acceptable as long as there is a desire to gain SF training and certifications)

Foundational understanding of Apex, LWC, and SOQL

Exposure to one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Marketing Cloud

Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback constructively

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred

Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus

Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship within a fast-paced Agile environment

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
