This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as an Enterprise Reference Data Analyst Co-Op within State Street's Global Technology Services organization. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. What You Will Do:
  • In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:
  • Design and assist with the development new data quality checks that support the integrity of trusted data provided under Enterprise Reference Data
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs, document requirements and recommend solutions
  • Conduct data analysis to support internal inquiries, make recommendations to address data quality issues or create new data insights
  • Participate in roadmap execution process including attending daily, weekly meetings as well as refinement sessions
  • Monitor data quality metrics to identify trends and look for ways to improve existing metrics and/ or create new metrics
  • Support project management activities for key initiatives under the Enterprise Reference Data / Master Data Management program

Education and Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should be:
  • Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Business, Data Analytics, or Computer Science or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation
  • Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization
  • Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 Annual
