We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join a growing, innovative company in the Financial Services Industry. In this role, you will manage and optimize server infrastructure while ensuring seamless performance across various platforms. - Assist with planning service capacity, forecasting demand, analyzing software performance, and tuning systems
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Active Directory systems.
Oversee the installation and setup of Microsoft Exchange and VMware vSphere.
Manage backup solutions using Rubrik Backup and storage systems like Pure Storage.
Implement and maintain virtual storage area networks and SAN systems.
Collaborate with teams to deploy and manage Microsoft Azure services.
Perform regular updates, patches, and system upgrades to maintain security and functionality.
Monitor server performance and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.
Document system configurations and procedures for future reference.
Requirements
Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows 10.
Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and VMware systems.
Familiarity with virtual storage area networks and SAN systems.
Preferred certifications such as Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
