Job Description
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on technical experience with hardware and software
- Deskside support experience:
- Laptop/desktop imaging
- Computer setup and configuration
- Experience with IT ticketing systems:
- Preferred: ServiceNow
- Acceptable: Zendesk or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Open to entry-level candidates willing to be trained
- Root cause analysis and checklist development for recurring issues
- Informal end-user training on software/hardware
- Ability to follow and recommend troubleshooting procedures
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 support (hardware/software)
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues
- Provide on-site support for end users
- Analyze, identify, and diagnose technical faults
- Maintain documentation in knowledge base and call tracking systems
- Collaborate in a team environment, sharing solutions and assisting peers
