Job Title - Sr. Program Manager
Location Mount Laurel, NJ (4 days office mandatory)

Requirement:
- Years of Experience - 12 + yrs

Required Skills/ Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of strong experience in managing large, complex projects/programs in banking/financial services
- Someone who understands PMO governance (good with dashboards, status reports, KPIs)
- Able to handle multi-workstream delivery across technical and business teams
- Hands-on experience with regulatory, compliance, or audit-driven projects
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and offshore teams
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery
- Can independently manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendors
- Working experience with JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel/Power BI
- Familiar with tools like Clarity or similar
- Excellent communication
- Proactive in identifying risks or issues
