Position Summary
The Consumer Applications Department is seeking a highly motivated, experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex projects across digital platforms, consumer-facing websites, and SaaS solutions. This role focuses on helping delivery teams work more effectively through Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering cross-functional communication between IT, business teams, consultants, and vendors.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects & enhancements using SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall).
- Build and maintain project plans, track dependencies, manage risks/issues, and report status.
- Lead project communication with business and IT stakeholders.
- Review, refine, and validate complex business requirements into clear, prioritized backlogs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on design reviews.
- Ensure quality by coordinating with QA teams on test planning and execution.
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings; distribute minutes and follow-ups.
- Create presentations and communication materials for business and leadership stakeholders.
- Oversee release management and post-launch support activities.
- Support production systems as needed.
- Provide transparent feedback and performance reviews to delivery teams.
- Drive Agile practices and retrospectives to improve team performance.
- Maintain project data/artifacts using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
What You ll Be Working On
- Leading IT and business teams in the delivery of customer-facing websites and platforms.
- Ensuring seamless execution of consumer applications aligned with digital product roadmaps.
- Driving adoption of Agile best practices to accelerate delivery and improve customer experience.
- Managing medium-to-large, moderately-to-highly complex IT projects involving integrations, compliance, and multi-vendor dependencies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor s degree (Business, IT, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
- 3 5 years of professional hands-on experience as a Project Manager in IT/digital projects.
- Experience managing customer-facing websites or digital platforms (commerce, sales, SaaS, compliance).
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Clear communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional groups.
- Strong technical background to understand complex business/IT requirements.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and executive-level presentations.
- Ability to serve as a Scrum Master when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with consumer-facing websites/digital platforms involving data, transactions, or integrations.
- Familiarity with Jira / Confluence for project management.
- Experience in the Automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Clarity for project/financial management.
- 3+ years Big 4 consulting experience.
- Stable work history with large enterprise organizations.
