Description:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to, driving end-to-end delivery and governance.
The role involves planning, execution, and tracking via Agile and DevOps frameworks (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Work closely with architects to design scalable, compliant, and secure integration solutions on Azure.
Establish and manage checkpoints, milestones, and automated workflows across project phases.
Ensure strong risk, dependency, and performance management throughout the migration lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, architecture, and engineering teams.
Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep), and Azure services.
Drive governance, compliance, and security enforcement (RBAC, encryption, private endpoints).
Provide executive-level reporting on KPIs, progress, and delivery health.
Demonstrate strong technical acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Skills:
- Self-driven - independently work with minimal direction setting and guidance from SFS leadership
- Work independently - know how to create project plan, run SCRUM ceremonies
- Executive Presence - make people accountable, present status in leadership meetings
- Technical Acumen - being a TPM, candidate must understand technology so he/she can hold business/technical meetings effectively.
