RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Utah County, UT that is looking for a Senior Level Python Developer to join their team.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead development efforts for AI-driven components, ensuring scalability and robustness
* Architect and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests for new features, emphasizing AI workflows
* Drive quality assurance for AI models through advanced validation techniques and performance benchmarking
* Oversee A/B testing strategies and interpret results using metrics such as F1 score, precision, and recall
* Mentor junior developers and foster best practices in coding, testing, and AI safety
* Collaborate cross-functionally with AI researchers, product managers, and cloud engineers to deliver innovative solutions
* Influence technical direction for AI initiatives and contribute to long-term product strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Requirements:
* Expert-level proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code and automated testing
* Deep experience with unit testing frameworks, including PyTest and gRPC-based service testing
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
* Advanced knowledge of data and AI libraries, such as Pandas and PySpark; PyTorch (highly preferred)
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Preferred Experience:
* Proven background in Computer Vision, AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
* Hands-on experience with model validation, synthetic data generation, and AI safety protocols
* Exposure to distributed systems and high-performance computing for AI workloads
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
