RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Seattle, WA.
Duties:
* Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program; Oversees all aspects of projects/program; Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program; Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
* The Program Manager will coordinate and drive partner initiatives while ensuring successful delivery of generative AI solutions across our partner ecosystem; This role focuses on coordination of partners working with GenAIIC, and on scaling delivery of POCs and investment solutions to joint customers through partner collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling, coordination, and communication with internal partner teams, and of partners engaged in our programs
* Review intake pipeline of GenAI opportunities open by partner and work with partner to develop
* Manage program tracking and all program materials such as communications, content, Wiki, etc.
* Additionally, the Partner program manager will also be orchestrating the communication with account teams to verify opportunities open to partner, align the appropriate partners, and to assign local strategists to support the opportunities once verified
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
* Performs a variety of tasks
* Leads and directs the work of others
REQUIREMENTS:
* May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* Able to accomplish goals
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
