We are looking for a Freshman or Sophomore Material Planning Coordinator Intern to join our team for the summer. At BAE systems our operations team is the best at what they do, and their work is part of why our clients trust us. Service members rely on our products and services and it's this team that gets everything out as efficiently as possible.

In this role you will assist our MPC team with the following:
  • Support the material planning, control function, as well as provide support moving hardware through the repair process.
  • Support organization projects required in the Depot area.
  • Use of YORK to help track movement of hardware.
  • Use of MRP systems for planning/ordering purposes.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time onsite.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Attending a Four year College

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Freshman or Sophomore enrolled in a four year college pursuing a degree in Supply Chain

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39960 - $54000

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
