  • Prior experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools like Planview, Clarity, Microsoft PPM, etc.
  • Experience working in large matrixed organizations is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, and effective collaboration across teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional connectivity between delivery teams, project managers, and resource managers to ensure effective resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • Own and maintain data quality for both work and resource portfolios, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the portfolio lead in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison among service managers, resource managers, and project managers to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Monitor project interdependencies and proactively manage resource conflicts in coordination with the portfolio team.
  • Assess capacity constraints across delivery teams, promote visibility, and collaborate on prioritization and trade-offs.
  • Drive capacity management by partnering with project and resource managers to align staffing needs and availability.
  • Analyze trends and generate insights to inform strategic decisions on resource capacity across the portfolio.
  • Establish structure and clarity, connecting the dots across multiple teams while promoting standardized ways of working.
  • Coordinate project staffing with project managers and oversee PMs within the portfolio in partnership with delivery teams
