Position:Sr. Project Manager (Applications Development/SDLC)

Pay Rate:$74.00 per hour (W2 Only)

**Must be able to work ONSITE 4 days per week/MON- FRI**
Senior Project Manager will support the CCaaS, SaaS and other open platform projects, where they follow Waterfall or Agile methodology.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for assembling project plans and team work assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review: and escalating functional, quality timeline issues appropriately.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Manages one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity.
Ability to play the primarily role of Sr. PM. But also have the ability to learn the business aspects/domain at a high level to help deliver the project and business solution.
Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, moderate to high complex projects.
Plan vs. Actual cost checks issues/resolutions, schedule management and status reporting.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of IT work, including 5 years Project Management, implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage, and quality.
Worked with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), SaaS (Software as a Service) and other open platforms (API-driven integrations and extensibility) (Examples of open platforms: Salesforce (with its AppExchange), ServiceNow, Twilio
Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets.
Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
Able to converse work with architecture/technical teams
Strong decision analysis skills-particularly in recommending the right direction/method/tool for an opportunity.
Experience in managing projects where there are more than 1 or more sub project components reporting to a common project lead/manager
Experienced with Agile and Waterfall methodologies/processes
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
PMI - Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
