Job Details

Role: Senior iOS / React Native Full Stack Engineer

Location: 100% remote in Atlanta, Seattle, Dallas, Miramar or Minneapolis

Duration: Long term


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of native iOS applications using Swift.
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Architect and build modular, reusable components for mobile applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Integrate mobile applications with cloud services and APIs.
Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, techniques, and best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the mobile team.

Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining native iOS applications.
Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS SDK.
2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with React Native.
Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills for both iOS and React Native apps.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Objective-C in legacy applications.
Familiarity with Android development and the Android SDK.
Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSocket integrations.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest, Detox, Jest).
Familiarity with App Store submission process and deployment best practices.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A strong portfolio of mobile applications available in the App Store is a plus.
