We re Hiring: Salesforce Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about driving high-performing Agile teams and delivering impactful Salesforce solutions? We re looking for a Salesforce Scrum Master who can lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and guide the development of scalable, AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

In this role, you will facilitate end-to-end Agile delivery, empower teams, and partner closely with stakeholders to bring transformative CRM, automation, and analytics initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead one or more Salesforce Agile teams as a dedicated Scrum Master championing Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.

  • Actively participate in PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums to ensure alignment across teams.

  • Track, analyze, and publish team performance metrics, ensuring optimal velocity and predictable delivery.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize product backlogs for maximum business value.

  • Identify and remove impediments while promoting transparency, accountability, and cross-team communication.

  • Maintain Agile artifacts using Jira or Azure DevOps; manage dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.

  • Support initiatives across data migration, automation, integration, and Salesforce platform enhancements.

  • Drive clear communication streams between technical teams, business partners, and leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master (5+ years preferred for Senior roles), leading Salesforce or SaaS implementation teams.

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, automation, custom objects).

  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) or PMP certification.

  • Experience integrating AI, analytics, or automation within Salesforce.

  • Prior experience leading remote or distributed Agile teams.
