(1) Mentoring the team on controls-related technical inquiries from customers and field engineers via engineering response (ER) cases. This involves managing the controls team's ER operations, prioritizing cases, and ensuring timely responses to critical issues.
(2) Assisting controls team RCA leaders in overcoming challenges during complex root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for high-impact business issues, often involving cross-functional teams.
(3) Delivering GEV technical guidance to customers or site representatives through user conferences, webinars, and technical documents, as well as communicating technical details and business risks to internal stakeholders. This also includes coaching the team to enhance their communication skills continuously.
