One of CEI's largest Banking clients is seeking a Thales CipherTrust Manager Specialist to join their growing organization!

Client/Industry: Banking
Job Title: Thales CipherTrust Manager Specialist
• Location: Jersey City, NJ
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Location: Hybrid
• Assignment Duration:Long-term (12+ months)

  1. W2 Employment Only – No Corp to Corp / C2C arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain security solutions within assigned scope.
  • Ensure production stability and control sustainability.
  • Conduct in-depth security analysis and assessments in the KMS/HSM domain.
  • Evaluate, design, develop, deploy, test, and transition security capabilities and processes.
  • Deliver and maintain technical documentation relevant to platform engineering.
  • Provide expert-level support for all platform-related processes.
  • Develop, enforce, and maintain security policies, baselines, and guidelines.
  • Support platform-related Service Delivery Management activities.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years in the technology field, with at least 5+ years focused on security.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Key Management Systems (KMS) and Hardware Security Modules (HSM), specifically Thales Cipher Trust Manager.
  • Proven history of managing or overseeing KMS/HSM projects or programs.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts, technologies, and documentation practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex security solutions effectively.
  • Additional:
  • Security certifications and team leadership experience are considered a plus.
