Job Details

Thinkfind is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using the latest .NET technologies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions, optimize SQL Server databases, and integrate message brokers for robust application communication. You will also implement concurrent processing strategies, conduct rigorous testing and code reviews, troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems, and contribute to overall performance improvements. This position includes on-call support every seven weeks and allows remote work two days per week.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of professional experience in .NET development, including advanced expertise with modern .NET frameworks such as .NET Core and .NET 6. Proficiency in SQL Server, message broker technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, or WebSphere MQ), and strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with rules engines like Drools or NRules and emerging generative AI technologies is a plus. A bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and candidates must be located in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
