RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager - Data Modernization in Coppell, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking a true Program Manager to lead a high-visibility Data Modernization initiative. This role requires executive presence, strong financial oversight, and proven experience driving complex, multi-workstream programs. The Program Manager will serve as the point of accountability for execution, ensuring alignment with the executive steering and delivering results across business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead program execution for a fixed-bid Data Modernization initiative, managing multiple workstreams (6-7)
* Drive cross-functional coordination across PMO, analysts, and scrum masters; Provide leadership without direct people management
* Partner with Big 4 company and internal stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget
* Establish reporting cadence and provide polished, executive-ready updates to steering committee and leadership
* Forecast risks, foresee challenges, and implement proactive mitigation strategies
* Oversee financial allocations, manage budgets, and ensure migration tracking is accurate
* Act as an independent consultant, always working in the best interest of the company
* Push teams for accountability, set clear expectations, and know when to say -no- to protect scope, timeline, and budget
* Stay close to technology aspects of the program; Able to communicate with executives in-depth on technical considerations

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of Program Management experience, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale data modernization or cloud transformation initiatives
* Prior experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data modernization programs
* Strong financial acumen with experience handling budgets, forecasts, and financial allocations
* Skilled at executive reporting, polished communications, and presenting at the steering committee level
* Comfortable working with external partners (consultancies, integrators, offshore teams)
* Strong facilitator, able to manage full-day workshops, drive alignment, and hold stakeholders accountable
* Independent mindset - able to work as a consultant and act in the best interest of the client
* Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple parallel workstreams
* Must be local to the DFW area; hybrid role with significant onsite presence in the first 6 weeks (3-4 days/week), moving to ~1 day/week thereafter

Preferred:
* Experience leading programs with corporate companies or Big 4 companies
* Demonstrated ability to manage risk in fixed-bid projects
* Prior work in both IT PMO and Business PMO environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
