Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Oldsmar, FL that is seeking a AI Program Manager. This role reports to the Vice President, IT.

Essential Functions:
* Lead the company's AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, security, and regulatory compliance
* Partner with department leaders to identify, prioritize, and pilot AI use cases that enhance efficiency and reduce risk
* Develop and enforce AI usage policies that promote ethical, secure, and appropriate use of generative tools
* Design and deliver training programs to build AI literacy and provide tailored education for IT, Quality, and Engineering teams, supporting change management and engagement
* Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with enterprise systems (ERP, eQMS, document repositories) in line with company standards
* Define and track KPIs and ROI to measure AI impact and refine strategies accordingly
* Act as the central point for internal feedback, addressing concerns, capturing success stories, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
* Maintain a governance framework to mitigate risks such as bias, data leakage, and hallucinations in critical workflows
* Evaluate AI tools for strategic fit, integration, and ROI
* Lead AI initiatives balancing innovation with compliance and ethics
* Apply responsible AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making
* Bridge technical and functional teams to deliver scalable, user-aligned AI solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business, or related field
* Preferred certifications: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, CAIP, or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional tech or digital transformation projects
* Strong grasp of AI, ML, and systems integration
* Proven success implementing AI, automation, or data-driven tools in business settings
* Familiarity with standards like ISO 13485, ISO 42001, ISO 27001, and GDPR
* Hands-on with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT)
* Skilled in change management and driving user adoption
* Experience developing governance policies, procedures, and metrics
* Strong leadership and project management skills to guide teams through emerging tech adoption
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
* Adept at building consensus and managing resistance to change
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise architecture
* High emotional intelligence to build trust and address user concerns
* Analytical mindset for evaluating AI performance, risk, and business value
* Proficient in documentation, policy development, and process improvement
* Fluent in English to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 procedures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
