Job Description:


* Lead retention programs for brand websites, focusing on subscriptions and loyalty programs.
* Responsible for program strategy, planning, day-to-day management, and performance reporting.
* Collaborate closely with marketing leads for successful integration into brand marketing strategies.

Roles And Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for subscription and loyalty programs, conduct financial analysis and forecasting, manage budgets, identify enhancement opportunities, partner with marketing, oversee program administration, address consumer challenges, manage vendor relationships, analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, identify trends and insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in stakeholder communication.
