Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM 6:30 PM CT

Job Description:

• Metadata is central to Apple Media Products (AMP), powering key elements like Apple TV content, UI, Universal Search, and Siri.
• The AMP Metadata Ops team ensures metadata quality and coverage to support a best-in-class customer experience.
• The Metadata Project Coordinator will monitor metadata quality and accuracy to ensure proper surfacing on the TV app platform.
• They ll investigate metadata issues, assess their impact, identify process improvements, and propose technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure high-quality ingested metadata for the TV app platform
• Curate metadata for movies and TV shows using an internal CMS
• Investigate functional issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process/system improvements
• Understand system dependencies to assess upstream/downstream impacts
• Use dashboards for data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Project Leads to improve operations
• Track and report project deliverables using management tools
• Test tools and provide feedback for efficiency improvements
• Identify and help close documentation gaps

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years in digital media, technology, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of movies, TV shows, and social media platforms
• Understanding of TV app services and features
• Expertise in complex media CMS and metadata s end-user impact
• Experience with ticketing systems and escalation handling
• Project/program management experience (certifications a plus)
• Skilled in identifying and resolving data issues
• Able to manage time-sensitive escalations
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking under pressure
• Sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Experience with Apple products, MS Office, XML, and project tools
• Familiarity with Tableau or GBI is a plus
