Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled TIBCO Developer to join our dynamic team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various TIBCO components and a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns. Experience with .NET technologies is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled TIBCO Developer to join our dynamic team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various TIBCO components and a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns. Experience with .NET technologies is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), EMS, and other TIBCO products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain and support existing TIBCO applications and services
- Troubleshoot and debug integration issues across various environments
- Deploy TIBCO components across different environments using CI/CD practices
- Create and maintain documentation related to integration designs, processes, and configurations
- Optimize TIBCO-based integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure adherence to best practices and enterprise integration standards
- Support system testing, QA, and production deployments
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO suite including but not limited to:
- TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW 6.x)
- TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS)
- TIBCO Administrator / Hawk
- TIBCO Designer / BusinessEvents (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of SOA, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services
- Experience in XML, XSLT, XSD, JSON
- Solid understanding of integration architecture and patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment tools
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with .NET / C# development
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker, or other containerization tools
- Experience in cloud-based integration or hybrid environments
- Experience with SQL/relational databases
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or telecom domains
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
