Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue management projects with minimal supervision, ensuring impactful analysis and strategy development
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Synthesize analytical views, reports and insights from various business dimensions to support business decisions and track performance.
  • Determine go-to-market tactics for target customers, markets, and products in alignment with marketing and sales communication strategies.
  • Utilize advanced quantitative and statistical modeling to enhance customer analytics, market analysis, and forecasting in support of regional/global strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management to drive business success.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on quantitative data analysis and revenue strategies.
  • Independently attend cross-functional discussions, gathering insights to inform revenue strategies and sharing perspectives with peers and management.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations on revenue performance to senior management.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a Related Field. (MBA/MA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Revenue Management, Data Analysis, or a similar field.
  • Advanced expertise of Statistical Modeling and Data Analysis Techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, or other data analysis and Visualization Tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional quantitative, research, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence and leadership presence.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related analytical field. MBA/MA preferred.

Four years experience in a multi-functional role in Marketing, Finance, and/or related areas with emphasis on pricing and revenue management.

Advanced knowledge of marketing, micro/macro economics, finance, project management, and systems-development theories and techniques.

Advanced computer skills required (Excel, Access and other analytical platforms, programming languages and/or relational data bases).

Advanced quantitative, analytical, research, planning & time management skills required. Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities with a high level of quality.

Excellent communication skills (both oral & written), with good emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in the airline or service industry preferred.
