Position Summary
The Infor M3 Finance Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable technology solutions that align with business goals in Finance area. This role requires strong technical leadership, a deep understanding of Infor CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise - M3 ERP, and experience working within a fast-paced distribution/manufacturing environment. You ll partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure systems support our operational needs while enhancing efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance area requirements related to architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end solutions and reporting requirements using Infor M3
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and propose system enhancements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Infor M3 ERP Finance area, providing guidance on best practices and configuration.
Support and develop/maintain integration of M3 with other enterprise application platforms including eCommerce, WMS, Freight Management, Taxation etc. from finance perspective
Create and maintain architectural documentation, including data flows, system diagrams, and configuration specs.
Provide leadership during system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement by process automation and digital transformation within the kitchen supply and equipment distribution chain.
Work with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and SOX/ITrequirements as applicable.

Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in finance or Chartered Financial Analyst
10+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 ERP.
Deep understanding of Infor M3 architecture, configurations, and Finance modules.
Experience in the distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain domain ideally within commercial kitchen equipment/supplies, Distribution or related industries.
Strong knowledge of integration and reporting platforms (e.g., Infor OS), APIs, and RGR reporting
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Infor M3 Certification(s)
Experience with Infor OS (ION, Ming.le, Data Lake, etc.)
Exposure to BI/reporting tools (e.g., Financial report writer, Power BI)
