Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 4 for an opportunity in Remote.


Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 4


Location: Redmond - Remote


Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months


Job Type: Contract - Remote.


Pay Range $72.00

Job Description:


Summary:


Responsibilities:


* Coordinate research projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.


* Present and explain research results, reports and findings to clients.


* Recruit research participants and ensure their engagement in franchise game research.


* Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.


* Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.


* Ensure action is taken on research outcomes by evangelizing and tracking outcomes committed to by product/games teams.


Skills:


* Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.


* Strong research skills and knowledge.


* With experience running games user research studies (including playtests, usabilities, expert reviews, quant surveys, and market research).


* Strong knowledge of research material creation, moderation, and presentation.


* Strong knowledge of production processes and the types of research insights needed to drive impact across development timelines.


* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.


* Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.


* Master's degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field. (PhD preferred). 8-10 years' experience required.


Education/Experience:


1. Minimum 2 years' experience creating research materials and insight artifacts through game testing.


2. Minimum 2-years' experience with usability testing


3. Minimum 3+ year experience generating survey materials and analysis and reports from the surveys collected related to game research.
