Position: Guidewire QA Lead

Location: Texas_ Remote Position

Experience: 12 Years

Project Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Guidewire QA Lead to manage and execute testing activities for Guidewire applications like PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. The ideal candidate will have strong QA experience and a good understanding of Guidewire products.

Responsibilities:

Lead QA efforts for Guidewire implementation and upgrades

Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test execution

Work closely with business, development, and QA teams

Perform functional, integration, and regression testing

Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA

Mentor and guide QA team members

Ensure quality standards and timely delivery

Requirements:

8+ QA Lead experience

Working with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)

Experience with QA tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
