Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Hybrid - Charlotte Metro Area (4 Days Onsite per Week) Time Zone: Eastern Time (ET)

Type: Contract W2 Only

Rate: $55-60/Hr W2 only

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Java Engineer to support one of our key enterprise clients in the insurance domain. This role requires a strong foundation in backend Java development, modern front-end frameworks, and familiarity with AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and comfortable collaborating across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• * Develop robust backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and integrate with relational databases such as Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, DB2, or PostgreSQL.
• * Build and maintain intuitive, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• * Design and implement cloud-native features using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB).
• * Work collaboratively in Agile environments and contribute to high-quality product delivery.
• * Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• * Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in English (written and verbal).

Required Qualifications

• * 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Java technologies and RDBMS platforms.
• * 3+ years of experience with frontend web technologies.
• * 2+ years of experience working with Angular or React.
• * 1+ years of experience in AWS cloud services and NoSQL databases.
• * Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Charlotte Metro area with the ability to work onsite 4 days per week.
