Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate across the three focus areas of the TDH Data Modernization Strategy including workforce development, data governance, and data and systems.
- Assist with all related grant management including drafting of applications, development and management of workplans and budgets, and reporting progress measures and metrics.
- Oversee project status tracking for all Data Modernization related projects, including escalation and publication of status reports.
- Maintain TDH Data Modernization related planning and plan documents.
- Support TDH Data Modernization related procurement and contracts as directed
- Actively track TDH Data Modernization budget across projects and funding sources. Assist with monitoring expenditures.
- Oversee TDH Data Modernization resource management
- Oversee TDH Data Modernization related communication strategies including but not limited to SharePoint pages, data town halls, newsletters, and program email communications.
- Support facilitation TDH Data Modernization related workgroups
- Coordinate development and publishing of TDH Data Modernization related documentation.
- Provide support for TDH Data Modernization related projects as assigned which may include support for workforce development activities.
M Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor's degree, and six years of professional level experience in either or in combination of the following areas: (1) systematic analysis of overall work processes for business or information systems; or (2) project management; two of the six years must include being a leading team member of a project or project management. Additional required experience includes at least two years of contract management and at least three years of grant management.
Substitution of Education for Experience: Professional-level experience in any one of the following areas may substitute for the required college degree on a year-for-year basis to a maximum substitution of four years: (1) systematic analysis of overall work processes for business or information systems; (2) project management; one of the six years must include being a leading team member of a project or project management. Substitution of Graduate Coursework for the Required Experience: Any additional graduate coursework in project management, computer information systems, computer networking technology, computer technology or other related field may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum substitution of one year. (Thirty-six graduate quarter hours or a master's degree in the above fields is equivalent to one year of experience.) Preferred Qualifications:
