Salary: $28.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly
Description:
What Skills You Need:
Oversee and execute maintenance planning for equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage repairs, installations, and recurring service needs.
Provide hands-on technical support, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Manage inventory and procurement of parts and materials, maintaining records and sourcing cost-effective solutions.
Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, uptime enhancement, and preventive maintenance strategy.
Required Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient with computer systems,
Understand mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Knowledge in drawing/schematic interpretation and geometric dimensioning.
Familiar with manufacturing/distribution processes, quality, safety, and tooling.
Relevant Experience:
1-3 years in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
1-3 years in manufacturing and/or operations.
1-3 years' experience in electronics, mechanical, or hydraulic fields.
Qualifications:
entry level candidates with AA, BA/BS, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Technology, or Maintenance fields.
Mechanical/electrical aptitude for general maintenance.
Comfortable working on the shop floor (30% of the time).
Ability to drive personal and company vehicles as needed.
Business casual dress code required.
Metatarsals required from day one.
