Test Architect
Lead the quality engineering strategy for cloud-native applications built on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform):
This role involves designing scalable test automation frameworks, enabling continuous testing across Java, React, Next.js applications, and driving adoption of modern tools like selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
You will define the enterprise testing vision, lead POCs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, DevOps, and product.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the test architecture strategy for cloud-native applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform.
Lead the design and development of automation frameworks for backend (Java) and frontend (React, Next.js) applications.
Evaluate and integrate modern testing tools including Selenium and Playwright for UI, API, and end-to-and testing.
Establish test strategies for microservices, REST APls, and event-driven systems.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and enable shift-left testing practices.
Work closely with product owners, developers, and architects to ensure testability and quality from design through delivery.
Enable test data management, mocking strategies, and environment provisioning for reliable automation.
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and security protacols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test architecture roles.
Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in client-facing roles
