Title: Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer
Duration: Long Term
Onsite at any of the below locations:Plano, TX / Kennesaw, GA/ Pennington, NJ / Charlotte, NC /Atlanta, GA

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Ruby, including production use of Rails and Sinatra
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, JSON serialization, and background job processing
- Experience with Redis as a cache and job queue (e.g., Resque, Sidekiq)
- Proficient with AWS services (especially ECS, ECR, SQS, IAM roles, secrets management)
- Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on Heroku
- Solid understanding of containerized development and deployment using Docker
- Comfortable with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORMs (ActiveRecord)
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and well-documented code
