Salary Range: $114,400 - $135,200 per year


Location: Cupertino, CA - Hybrid Role


Job Summary:


As an Architecture Review Process Manager, you will join the software architecture team to ensure that our software has the best architecture for the problems being solved, is secured, scalable, reliable, and efficient for the requirements, and keeps up-to-date with modern technologies and techniques. You will work closely with various teams, including development, project management, quality evaluation & control, frameworks and configurations, security, and site reliability teams. Success in this role requires clear communication, strong relationship management, the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to continuously improving processes.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Meet with architects and engineers to ensure they follow and align with standardized software architecture processes.

  • Lead or support internal presentations.

  • Prepare for events, meet with presenters, do dry runs, review speaker notes, and make revisions.

  • Help drive engagement and streamline workflows.

  • Engage the appropriate subject matter experts from relevant organizations to contribute their expertise during the architecture review process.

  • Identify the appropriate projects and proactively influence managers to ensure they participate in the architecture review process.

  • Drive repeatable architecture assessments, both preliminary and deep dive levels.

  • Keep track of the engagement pipelines with various strategic projects.

  • Report the progress, outcomes, and impacts from the engagement to senior leadership.


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills

  • Comfortable having technical conversations with engineers and architects; prior software engineering background preferred

  • Experience running dry runs, gathering feedback, and improving decks

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD and modern engineering workflows

  • More breadth than depth in technical knowledge

  • Able to work independently within already established processes
