Job Details

Interview Process: 1 round, virtual (video required)

Work Location: Role is hybrid(4 days onsite per week)

Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Description :
This position has become available due to the agency s ongoing commitment to modernizing and optimizing its Administrative and Financial systems. As the department continues to evolve its digital infrastructure, additional staff are needed to augment current resources. There is an increasing need for a dedicated analyst to ensure seamless integration between business processes and technical solutions, particularly within the SAP environment.

Scope of the project:

Due to the volume of agency financial and administrative systems that need to be migrated to agency standard platforms, upgrade and streamline upgrade aged components, and modernization efforts, additional staff is needed to support these efforts and system implementation. The team will work to align business needs with current and future state to ensure systems are set up and supported following industry best practices to ensure strategic initiatives and compliance with federal and state regulatory laws and ensure business continuity.

This position will be a part of the team responsible for supporting these efforts and transition to operational support.

Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, work under limited supervision, and respond to priority tasks as needed.

Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):

  1. Ability to analyze, document, and improve business and system processes using various tools and methodologies.
  2. Experience with HRIS systems.
  3. Working knowledge of state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  4. Proficient in creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  5. Advanced skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools(SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):

  1. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  2. Experience with industry standard information security practices
  3. Written and verbal communication skills
  4. Understanding of IT development and implementation projects

Required Education:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience

Required Skills

3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.

5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.

5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.

5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Experience with industry standard information security practices (PII, PHI)

Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
