Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote with occasional Travel to Bethesda, MD

Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Description:

Strong project manager with minimum 5+ years of managing a very high demanding clients with a heavy offshore based team.

Good experience in client facing role, managing relationship with senior client stakeholders.

A strong task master who takes end to end responsibility of delivering critical projects with high quality and also support in growing the business.

Effective problem solver with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Strong Technical expertise managing end to end delivery of Level-2 support to guide team through incident management, proactive management, Disaster recovery process and problem management.

Experience in managing custom developed legacy applications.

Strong infrastructure knowledge including servers, OS, security compliance, upgrades.

Ability to effectively mobilize and motivate people across disciplines with the goal of directing them towards the common goal of winning client trust.

Highly organized, detail oriented with strong organizational skill.

Experience in driving innovation and automation to improve efficiency.

Prior experience of Hotel Industry as a PM is highly recommended.
