Job Summary:
The E-Rate Analyst/Coordinator will support a large annual E-Rate program by reviewing, qualifying, and forwarding multiple bid opportunities daily. This role is part of the vertical programs management team, helping ensure operational efficiency with field sales, inside sales, and channel partners. The position is structured and fast-paced, requiring adherence to defined processes and procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Receive training on the E-Rate program, bid process workflow, and team role
Follow defined process steps for managing E-Rate bid proposals
Develop practical knowledge of company offerings including software, hardware, and services
Identify and qualify all E-Rate opportunities within assigned territory
Track proposals in terms of progress and due dates
Contact required parties and assign tasks with follow-up dates
Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
Document and track all bids and resulting awards in spreadsheets
Communicate bid awards to field sales teams and partners
Perform analysis on wins, losses, and market trends
