Job Description :
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI or a related field
Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
Experience conducting user and usability research
Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
Direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts
Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
Experience ensuring designs and websites conform to federal accessibility guidelines
A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism
Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
