Conexess Group gladly presents an opportunity in SAP ISU Billing and FICA with our direct client!!

Role: ISU Functional consultant w/ Billing & FICA

Start: ASAP

Length: 6-12 months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Remote: Yes - Mostly would like if this resource could come in at least a week a month
Expenses paid: No - All inclusive rates only when traveling on site

Environment: SAP Ecc6 ISU with Billing, CRM, FICA and DM

Business reason: Our client needs an SME in ISU Billing & FICA to support their end client

Specific tasks and abilities:

• Main task is to support the areas of ISU Billing and FICA
• Handle break fixes and batch failures
• Work with end users and business owners to troubleshoot issues
• Be the go to resource on shore for this client to handle maintenance of Billing and FICA within ISU
• Some configuration and enhancement work
• Field calls with stakeholders on certain features, enhancements and abilities within the solution

Must have experience:

• Functional SAP ISU hands on experience
• ISU Billing support and maintenance abilities
• ISU FICA support and maintenance abilities
• Overall knowledge of the Meter to cash area in ISU

Nice to have experience:

• Experience in the other areas of Meter to cash like Device management and CRM
• Lead experience is preferred but not a must
