Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA / San Ramon, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core and Advanced Compensation modules.
Build and manage security groups, access roles, and user controls.
Develop Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
Create and manage EIB integrations for data loads.
Configure Compensation components (bonus, merit, allowance plans).
Support Advanced Compensation cycles and optimizations.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design scalable Workday solutions.
Provide testing, validation, documentation, and post-production support.
Required Skills
7+ years as a Workday HCM Consultant.
Strong experience with HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Security.
Hands-on with EIB, calculated fields, custom reporting.
Experience in Compensation and Advanced Compensation support.
Solid understanding of HR data structures & processes.
Workday certifications preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Workday Studio or PECI exposure.
Experience supporting global HR or large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of performance management or talent modules.
