Job Description:
- Middleware Support Engineer - knowledge on RedHat Enterprise Linux administration with OpenShift
- Should have knowledge on CASH (Cloud Application System Hosting) AWS with Kubernetes.
- Open shift is hosted on-prem in Client s data centre and resource should have knowledge on DevOps tool which provides a secure means for application teams to deploy, and host containerized and single page applications.
- Knowledge on deployment and management of containerized applications - CASH platforms (RedHat Enterprise OpenShift)
- Resource should have knowledge on Splunk and Dynatrace
- 24x7 support coverage, with a focus on critical support during EST business hours for incidents escalated from L1 to L2.
- Root cause analysis and critical issue triaging
- Development and maintenance of operational run books for business-critical operations
- Security patching & maintenance of applications
- Escalations to L3 support are expected for complex issues, but the volume of issues escalated should not increase from current levels
- Documentation & Knowledge Base: Updating help documentation and internal knowledge resources
- Development and maintenance of operational run books for business-critical operations
- Security patching & maintenance of applications
- Capacity planning and management to ensure system stability and scalability
- Manage cluster storage and persistent volumes
- Support API connectivity issues
- ITSM & governance support with ticket prioritization, categorization and documentation updates
