Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage communication through various channels and coordinate workspace preparation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and oversee documentation processes.
- Maintain quality control during equipment installation and manage inventory effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in a fast-paced industrial or logistics environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of end-to-end delivery.
- Expertise in using Asana and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
