About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to join our growing team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing executive-level relationships in the financial services and banking sector. Experience working with mortgage clients is a significant advantage.
- The Client Partner will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic accounts, responsible for driving growth, managing client satisfaction, and aligning our services/solutions to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of financial services and banking clients, with a focus on mortgage lending and servicing.
- Serve as the strategic partner for C-suite and senior business/technology leaders, driving engagement and long-term relationships.
- Identify client challenges and opportunities, and position our digital, AI, and automation solutions to create measurable business value.
- Lead the account strategy and partner with delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Develop and execute account growth plans, including upsell, cross-sell, and new solution introductions.
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed assigned sales and account targets.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps and service offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Dallas and across the region.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client management, business development, or consulting roles within financial services / banking.
- Strong background working with mortgage lenders, servicers, or related financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of mortgage processes, technology platforms (e.g., Encompass, Empower, Loan Origination Systems), and digital transformation trends.
- Proven ability to develop executive relationships and influence client decision-making.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Local to Dallas, TX with ability to travel regionally as required.
