Senior Software Engineer/.NET/Fintech/Philadelphia

A payment processing company, known for their focus on innovation, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Philadelphia. You will be working on their core software used by restaurants, retail stores, and entertainment companies alike with C#, .NET 8, React, Typescript, REST, SQL and Azure. Experience building and integrating REST APIs and building UI with Typescript based frameworks are key qualifications for this role. Additionally, any experience in payment processing or other fintech fields are pluses for this position.

This position provides an opportunity to work with a company highly regarded in their industry with some of the latest and greatest technologies. The role is direct hire and requires 2 days onsite in downtown Philadelphia.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience building Microsoft based web applications (C#/.NET
• Ability to build and integrate Restful based web services and APIs
• UI development with Typescript based frameworks (React, Angular, Vue
• Azure managed services experience (Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Blob Storage, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field preferred

Desired Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience working in the payment processing industry or related fintech experience is a plus

Tech Breakdown

• 30% Frontend development (React, Typescript, HTML, CSS)
• 70% Backend development (.NET 8, REST, SQL Server, Azure)
