Job Summary:

• Responsibilities range from definition of core Treasury products (Money movement using Wire/ACH/RTP etc.) with the ability to breakdown using process flows and business rules level. Complete definition of backlog to feature/story level. Manage the product definition, refinement, and sprint based build of the product. Work directly with a group of analysts to help build out the product features, UAT and demo to business
• Experience as a Business Analyst, with CRM system Salesforce .
• Experience in Financial industry, Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes
• Should have experience in Financial Service Domain. FSC certification is good to have .
• Must have Agile work experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience 14 to 16yrs
• Roles & Responsibilities Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software.
• Effective communication and social skills to interact with diverse senior team members.
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry-standard methodologies
• Knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies (such as BABOK) and ability to optimally apply them
• Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders

Experience Level:

• Business Analyst 8 to 12 years
• 2+ years of using Agile methodologies
• Manage client & analyst teams

Domain Skills

• Strong understanding of core treasury functions
• Ability to self-define (not gather) detailed requirements for each product and specifications for internal and external APIs
• Expertise in US domestic and/or international treasury processes

Sr Developer with hands on experience and able to coordinate with Clinet and offshore team
