Digital Creative Senior Producer, Marketing
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid - Los Angeles area)
Contract: 12 months (with possible extension)

Summary
Our Services Business & Marketing team is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Digital Creative Senior Producer to help drive key marketing deliverables for B2B Services. We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented professional with extensive experience managing multiple deliverables across cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, tech or creative agency environment.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented, and effective at driving multiple tracks of work simultaneously. This person will manage the end-to-end delivery of creative assets, including requirements gathering, design, and go-to-market execution while ensuring seamless documentation, communication, and accountability to deadlines.

Description

In this role, you will support a cross-functional team of Business, Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders responsible for delivering customer-facing web experiences for business customers. As the Digital Creative Producer, you will drive the creative development and delivery of marketing assets by being highly collaborative, detail-focused, and proactive in ensuring accountability across multiple work streams.

You will track the day-to-day progress of design, product, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements and assets, identify and remove roadblocks, and resolve open issues. You will also collaborate with other producers (focused on deliverables) and project managers (focused on timelines and schedules) to ensure successful execution.
The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills to align priorities, clarify deliverables, coordinate schedules, navigate approvals, and facilitate decision-making. You will lead cross-functional reviews, capture decisions, and maintain both a high-level overview and granular visibility across multiple tracks of work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of creating and delivering marketing assets for go-to-market campaigns.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to align on priorities, creative direction, and timelines.
  • Oversee the development of customer-facing marketing assets, from ideation through execution.
  • Coordinate and consolidate input from multiple stakeholder groups to deliver creative and copy assets.
  • Create and maintain tracking systems and visual dashboards for deliverables and timelines.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively ensure business and project priorities are met.
  • Host productive meetings/reviews, facilitate alignment, and drive timely decision-making.
  • Document key decisions and maintain organized repositories of creative content and assets.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in digital production, project management, or operations within a Creative/Marketing Agency or global brand.
  • Proven track record managing creative deliverables for large-scale marketing campaigns or customer-facing activations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; BA or BS preferred.
  • Skilled in designing, implementing, and enforcing processes that drive efficiency and quality.
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and holding partners accountable to schedules/deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating meetings and reviews with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B products and services.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing for web products or subscription-based services.
  • Background working in highly matrixed organizations and navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of high-quality creative standards and storytelling.
