Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of DevOps-related projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project excellence, fostering team growth, and expanding our presence in the DevOps space. This position demands a strong leader with expertise in people management, client engagement, escalation resolution, and the ability to coach and train team members for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in delivering DevOps-related projects, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, and monitoring solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multi-million-dollar accounts.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Adept at handling escalations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth project delivery under pressure.
