Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
• Administer and optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments
• Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support via our Help Desk system
• Manage and maintain Office 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, and security
• Administer VMware virtualization infrastructure
• Configure and support Windows servers and desktop environments
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure system security and perform regular security audits
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions
• Document processes and maintain system inventory

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Proficiency in managing Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Excellent Help Desk and customer service skills
• A++ certification or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience with Office 365 administration
• Solid understanding of VMware virtualization technologies
• Expertise in Windows Server and desktop configuration and support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA A+)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
• Familiarity with ITIL framework
