State of California Experience Required**
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience creating automated test cases with Tricentis Tosca.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience creating automated test cases.
3. Experience working with state agencies.
4. Experience working with public pension systems or experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions and processes.
5. Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams.
