Job Details

- 10+ years of experience with IT application architecture, middleware, database, and cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services in a large enterprise
- Demonstrates broad knowledge and capabilities among a variety of technical concepts and functional areas
- Demonstrates thought leadership, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills
- Provides direction and guidance to effectively support the corporate business strategy
- Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies aligning with industry best practices
- Knowledge in AI/ML architectures, particularly agentic systems and LLM integrations
- Interfaces effectively across IT and business areas, acting as strategic visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects
- Responsible for conception of solutions, building consensus and execution of Proof of Concepts (POC)
- Experience with Azure DevOps practices or similar tools
- Considered technology agnostic and proficient across multiple technology disciplines
- Able to lead and collaborate with people at all levels to formulate, communicate and implement application technical strategies
- Capable of making and selling independent decisions and recommendations
- Proficient in documenting and building detailed architect diagrams
- Considered a consultant on methodologies, tools, best practices and processes across multiple technology areas
- Responsible in aligning business objectives with innovative technology solutions, ensuring scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise systems
- Possess a deep understanding of business processes, technological trends, and architectural frameworks to drive digital transformation and operational excellence
- Ability to communicate the strategic technology vision and direction for enterprise IT systems
- Drive the creation and validation of non-functional requirements such as consistency, performance, security, resiliency etc
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps that support business strategies, including cloud adoption, infuse AI, application modernization, and digital initiatives
- Ensures architectural integrity and consistency across the enterprise, in terms of infrastructure, application and data
- Liaison with other architects to understand the integration scenarios and provide solutions
- Lead the design and review of complex systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards, security policies and performance metrics
- Develop and present at architecture review board (ARB) where required and get closure on the solution path to be undertaken for implementation
- Ensure alignment of enterprise architecture standards during all phases of the project
- Develop and maintain project pipelines, reviews and validations across all cross IT and functional teams
- Identify opportunities for improvement in any area, whether it be people, process or technology
- Remains current with industry trends to advise and advocate architectural approaches for IT systems and solutions that meet business needs
- Provide guidance on new concepts and strategic initiatives to ensure that enterprise standards are met and documented
- Contributes to the establishment and use of best practices in IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Help forecast technological trends and potential risks in the implementation of defined IT policies, standards, and procedures
